Submission of Manuscripts
|
submission of a Paper implies that it has not
been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere,
and that if accepted it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English
or in any other language, without the written consent of the publisher. |
|
Authors are strongly encouraged
to submit their manuscripts as a single file in electronic form (email); all graphics
and tables can be integrated into the manuscripts where author wishes to place them,
or mail (post) to any of the following Editors:

In order to speed up processing
times, Authors are strongly encouraged to prepare their manuscripts using template
and saved in PDF format to ensure the integrity of the file. Adobe Acrobat (full
version) is required to convert files to PDF format. The original Word and graphic
files should also be submitted.
|
Manuscripts can also be
submitted via email (as an attachment) without using template, although this is
not the preferred option; all graphics and tables can be integrated into the manuscripts
where author wishes to place them. Authors are encouraged to save their manuscript
in PDF format. The original Word and graphic files should also be submitted.
|
In creating the electronic
version of their manuscript, authors are requested to follow the guidelines. The
paper should be submitted as a single file, prepared with a standard word-processor
such as Microsoft Word, with embedded tables and graphics. Please note that any
embedded graphics must also be submitted as separate, original files. It is possible
to submit an article in PostScript or Adobe Acrobat PDF format, but if article is
accepted, the original source files will be needed. All correspondence between authors,
reviewers and editors is performed by email and no paper correspondence is necessary.
However, authors are still legally obliged to sign and return a physical transfer
of copyright form by conventional mail.
|
If the authors are asked
to revise their manuscripts, the revised manuscript must be returned to the Editors
within one month; otherwise, it may be deemed to be new and subject to further review.
Authors are advised to
keep a backup copy of both the electronic files and original manuscript for reference
and safety since Editors cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss of papers.
|
Suggested Referees:
|
Authors are encouraged
to supply the names, addresses, and email addresses of 3-4 potential referees. Authors
may also mention persons who they would prefer not to review their paper.
|
|
- Letter including statement of justification for publication
- A single Word file conatining text, tables, and graphic materials
- A PDF version of same file
- Names of potential referees
- Supporting materials as appropriate
- Completed copyright transfer form
|
|
The Editors reserve the
right to make alterations to manuscripts submitted for publication. Such alterations
will be made if manuscripts do not conform with accepted scientific standards or
if they contain matter which in the opinion of the Editors is unnecessarily verbose
or unclear. Alterations may be queried, but this will inevitably delay publication.
